Our TW-RobLayer 02-I has been nominated for the Wood Innovation Award 2025.
The TW-RobLayer 02-I is a 4-axis, superimposed CNC handling portal used for the automated filling of timber frame construction elements with loose insulation material. An insulation blowing plate is mounted on the handling portal, enabling the cavities of the elements to be automatically filled. The complete blowing technology – including insulation supply, hose feed, blowing plate, and blowing programs – is provided by the system supplier on the customer side.
