The mobile beam portal
The expansion version TW-Mill M impresses with its high flexibility, achieved through the open processing area. Components can be machined along the entire length of the machine table.

The element construction robot
The maximum in flexibility: Thanks to a 5-axis spindle for complex beam, panel and free-form processing and a 4-axis unit for the element construction area.
The robot has two Z-axes that are used alternately. Switching between tools, such as nailing to sawing, can be done in a matter of seconds. This means that elements of the highest quality can be delivered to the construction site just in time.
The stationary portal robot
In contrast to the TW-Mill-M, the TW-Mill-C is not placed on rails. Disposal, suction and operator position are stationary. The components are transported through the processing zone of the TW-Mill C with the portal trolley – TW-Carrier.
Thanks to the constant position, a so-called “pit spindle” can be installed – which processes the component from below.
Our handling solutions
Should elements be moved, turned, positioned and fixed? The following components support you:
TW-Flip the erecting and turning system
TW-Flow X, the longitudinal conveyor system
TW-Flow Y, the cross conveyor system
TW-Clamp B, dthe beam clamping system
TW-Clamp E, the element clamping system
