Carbon concrete replaces conventional steel reinforcement. The bridge is intended to create a connection for pedestrians and cyclists. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The construction of this bridge proved to be a challenge due to the large dimensions of the two free-form bridge bodies made of glulam beams. Initially, no company could be found for this challenging task.
