The TW-RobLayer 02-I enables the fully automated filling of timber frame construction compartments with loose insulation material. Thanks to its compact, space-saving design and its own rail system, the portal can be flexibly integrated into any production line.
The separate rail system allows the robot to drive over other TW gantries, which means that every point on the production line remains accessible. Coupled control systems ensure that the insulation process continues almost without interruption. The system has a modular design and can be expanded or even used as a panel layer depending on customer requirements.
Thanks to direct CAD/CAM data transfer, the system works with high precision and reduces the amount of personnel required at the table to a minimum.
