In the dowel portal, the boards are stretched and holes are drilled through all layers of boards. Two drilling units with 15 mm snake drills create through or non through holes. In the case of elements that are not drilled through, the dowels are not visible on one side.
The dowel unit then presses a 16.2 mm beech dowel into the hole. The dowel is removed from the magazine, compressed and moistened by means of a spray device before being inserted. All this is done in one tension, so moving the boards is not possible. Not a single drop of glue is required in the entire process. Thus, a finished element consists of 100% natural materials.
